Now that's wild! And... Very Nice!

My shot is a reverse of yours... [link] I had to dumb mine down quite a bit though... my stitching software kept giving me out of memory errors... and also changed mine to B&W due to the almost always overcast days here... That is the last time I try to take a 24 shot series of Seattle.

You captured the busy waterway wonderfully...

Good Luck!!

Thanks, glad you like it. I like yours a lot though. The nice thing is even though it's b&w, it looks about normal for Seattle. But yeah I know what you mean about the stitching software, I got fed up with mine and decided to do my best in PS (it's not bad but not great).

Don't kid your self, you've got a great shot... the way most people are accustomed to seeing Seattle if they are driving N. on I-5. 2 thumbs up

I will have to find that place you mentioned where you took yours from.

Gas works park, totally on the wrong side of all Seattle that we hang out in, but we should go there sometime, I think you'd like it.

I do want a really nice camera, but I don't think I'd put as much work into it like you do.

Psh the stuff I do doesn't even take real work. And if you do just a little more than my efforts you get stuff that's like 10x as good.

Yeah, Gasworks would be a great place to shoot a Pano from!

I got one off the Ferry to Bainbridge Island. And yeah, the weather around here never cooperates.

Ha, but at least we're not freezing or burning (during winter and summer respectively). We trade weather extremes for rain...I can live with that.

Very true. Although even with all the rain, 90% of the people can't drive in it.

Ha, yeah, rain means slow down at least 10mph around here it seems. As if traffic doesn't get bad already, add some rain and nothing goes nowhere.

call me home, I'm weary and lonely
Bring me to my knees and make me see
I left her so long ago, I ca hardly remember where this is
But you say it's home, my strained and yearning heart
when I went I hadn't a clue what you would do
The empty hole that's been growing every second
It was you telling me I had to go back
Now on the horizon I see where I belong
My home has been calling all along.

This is a wonderful shot, and I wish I would of been able to stand where you did to take this while I was in Seattle.

Thanks, I'm glad you like it. I forgot to mention that this was taken from gas works park. I only wish the weather was a bit better for this shot though, but I guess it's called rain city for a reason.

Welcome!:D I haven't the foggiest where that is, but I want to go back there eventually. I loved that part of the world. It still looks great, it actually made me cry when I seen it. I felt like I was at home when I was there.
